We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our Neurovascular team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with neurological disorders and injuries, including stroke, cerebral aneurysm, and arteriovenous malformation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of experience in a neurovascular or neuroscience setting.
