Role Summary:
The Aviation Records Specialist plays a crucial role within the ACM Digital Data division, focusing on the management and preservation of all aircraft maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire knowledge of the ACM Digital Data division's policies and protocols.
  • Examine and validate maintenance documentation to guarantee precision and thoroughness.
  • Detect, monitor, and upload amendments to any inaccurate records.
  • Facilitate prompt and precise data transfer from existing formats into the AirVault system.
  • Collaborate directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal departments when records are required.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Compliance team regarding FAA inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in aircraft data.
  • Manage the distribution and retention of documents in accordance with company and FAA regulations.
  • Reconcile all aircraft log entries.
  • Review incoming documents into the AirVault system, ensuring proper indexing and publication.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in data entry is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent critical thinking abilities.
  • Capacity to maintain focus on tasks.
