Position Overview:

With a dedicated in-house design team, FCC excels in executing concrete, masonry, steel erection, general carpentry, and sheet metal roofing and siding tasks.


Role Responsibilities:

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing project costs and timelines while ensuring effective coordination of onsite activities with the project superintendent, along with FCC's safety and quality teams.


Key Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Project
  • Experienced with Procore construction management software
  • Strong background in architecture and civil engineering, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector

Essential Duties:
  • Adherence to all FCC standard operating procedures
  • Comprehensive management of projects to ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency
  • Daily collaboration with project superintendent and subcontractors for effective coordination
  • Strategic planning to ensure timely procurement of long lead items
  • Management and review of subcontractor/vendor billings, along with monthly billing to clients
  • Oversight of project equipment requirements
  • Management of project manpower requirements
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors
