The successful candidate will have extensive industry experience, a strong background in mid-size to large-scale construction projects, and a proven ability to manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project safety and enforce all policies
  • Construct projects in accordance with plans, specifications, and standard work practices
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Supervise craft workers and plan work schedules
  • Coordinate material delivery, storage, and efficient use
  • Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining team focus on safety, quality, and budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • At least ten years of practical leadership experience in commercial construction
  • Strong background in mid-size to large-scale construction projects
  • Current OSHA 30-hour or 10-hour OSHA certification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Office, and Procore
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
