Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Service P/L for assigned branches, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Forecast manpower requirements to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
- Effectively prioritize customer calls and advise dispatch accordingly, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Ensure customer requirements are met, and calls are completed on a timely basis, adhering to customer rules and regulations.
- Review dashboards and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action.
- Oversee the procurement of parts and supplies, maintaining inventory levels and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain open communication with customers, ensuring their expectations are met and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors, driving business growth and revenue.
- 10+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry, with previous managerial experience.
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices, including service hour estimation, labor forecasting, and multiple disciplines involved in the area of responsibility.
- Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L, with demonstrated business acumen.
- Ability to solve problems, apply good judgment, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
