- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related area of study.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software systems and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Experience in payroll management and employee benefits, including 403B and Self-Funded Insurance plans.
- Ability to supervise, manage, and delegate multiple functions and activities.
