Reliability Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Optimization Specialist to join our team at Bosch Group.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with maintenance staff and a strong understanding of TPM program requirements, lean manufacturing concepts, and continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Spare Parts Management: Assist production technicians and value stream engineers in spare part setup, leading transactions/documentation to stock components, and optimizing stock levels.
- Predictive Maintenance: Lead a highly effective PM program by managing PM schedules, considering TEF3 resources and skill levels, value stream PM windows, and equipment needs.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess advanced level knowledge of cutting tool assembly processes and equipment, as well as a proficient understanding of SAP and Excel.
- 3+ years of experience working with maintenance staff.
- Working understanding of TPM program requirements.
- Working understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
- Exceptional continuous improvement process skills and CIP mindset.
