Job Title: Global SIOP Leader

Baxter International is seeking a highly skilled Global SIOP Leader to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the SIOP process globally, ensuring the integrity of the process, and driving improvements to drive value for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the SIOP process globally, ensuring effective communication between ISC and markets.
  • Develop analytics to support SIOP and decision-making processes.
  • Manage information flow between different instances of SIOP.
  • Drive the evolution of the process and improvements to drive value for the business.
  • Assure OPlan process exists at each Plant monthly to communicate to Manufacturing current Demand and Forecast from Sales organization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in a Manager role or above.
  • Medical devices or pharma experience is a plus.
  • Executive management leadership ability.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance.

  • Competitive salary range: $144,000 - $180,000 annually.
