Role Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in managing programs and projects related to corporate transformation initiatives that influence the operational methodologies of the bank, the delivery of products or services, or the execution of functions.

Key duties encompass acting as the primary liaison to departmental leaders for essential transformation initiatives, while effectively communicating, influencing, and negotiating across various levels to secure or utilize resources.

  • Establish program controls, processes, procedures, reporting schedules, decision-making frameworks, and collaborative working methods with key stakeholders.
  • Engage closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to outline the scope, deliverables, resource requirements, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of defined tasks by tracking program milestones and statuses, developing program plans, and assessing progress against key performance indicators.
  • Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks, and generate program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, guiding them towards effective decision-making for resolution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide clarity on project challenges and decisions regarding services, fostering positive relationships, probing for insights, and utilizing tools to uncover root causes of issues, identify opportunities, and make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Process Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Six Sigma or Project Management Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
