Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct technical analyses, assessments, and recommendations for network and communications systems, focusing on ISR Enterprise requirements.
  2. Develop and deliver written reports and briefings to support portfolio management and acquisition decisions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality for decision making at the executive level.
  3. Evaluate cost, schedule, performance, and supportability of ISR systems and portfolios, reporting outcomes and status to leadership.
  4. Provide technical advice and assistance on joint service, allied, and coalition ISR programs and architectures.
  5. Support data discovery efforts and facilitate information sharing to enhance acquisition, technical, and portfolio management oversight of ISR systems and networks.
  6. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, including Joint Requirements Oversight Council activities and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for the National and military ISR enterprise.
  7. Assist in the development of technical requirements and specifications for ISR systems and portfolios.
  8. Assess interoperability, integration, design, systems engineering, and performance capabilities of military ISR systems and portfolios, including support for modeling and simulation activities.
  9. Engage with relevant governance structures and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  10. Provide counsel and support for special access program (SAP) activities, including portfolio management tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. 10-15+ years of experience in ISR systems and networks, with a focus on technical analysis, acquisition, and portfolio management.
  3. Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  4. Familiarity with DoD processes and policies related to Information Operations Cyber domain.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies preferred.
