Job Summary:We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and thriving healthcare organization. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients within your assigned unit, conducting patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability.
Responsibilities:- Implement identified plan of care and contribute to the appropriate development, maintenance, and update of that plan.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, completing all documentation in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and delegate care and treatments with the interdisciplinary team, notifying proper personnel of real or potential problems with patient issues and quality and/or appropriateness of care.
- Provide timely and adequate supervision to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs.
- Identify patient and family learning needs, teaching patient and families using effective teaching methods and documents accordingly.
- Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
- One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current CPR Certification required. ACLS certification preferred. Required if in Charge Nurse role.
