Role Summary:
As the Clinical Manager of Emergency Services, you will oversee the operational aspects of the Emergency Department, ensuring that service delivery, growth, and resource management are effectively aligned to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and operational functions for the Emergency Services department, focusing on financial management, human resources, quality assurance, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with the management team to uphold the organization's mission and values, fostering a patient-centered approach that enhances service delivery across all levels.
- Lead succession planning initiatives, identifying and nurturing talent to develop future nursing leaders within the organization.
- Assist in staffing as needed to ensure comprehensive clinical care for patients across various age groups.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Advanced specialty certification is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role within an acute care environment.
