Position Summary

The primary function of this role is to provide personal healthcare services to patients in their place of residence, ensuring a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with patients and families, sharing observations and concerns with your supervisor as needed. As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse, providing supportive care and assistance.

Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma is preferred, but not required.
  • You must have completed a Nurse Aide training/competency evaluation program approved by the state and be listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry, or have a state licensure program that meets requirements.
  • A valid CNA license is mandatory.
  • You must have current driver's license and valid auto liability insurance.
  • Prior experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility is preferred, but not necessary.
