Job Description

  • As a Registered Nurse at ClearSky Health, you will provide professional nursing care to patients within your assigned unit, responsible for assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restoring optimal functioning, and helping the patient adapt to an altered lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Implements identified plan of care and contributes to the development, maintenance, and update of that plan identifying problems and potential risks and contributing to corrective action plans.
  • Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' conditions completing all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates and delegates care and treatments with the interdisciplinary team notifying proper personnel of real or potential problems with patient issues and quality and/or appropriateness of care.
  • Provides timely assistance with urgent and emergency situations.

Requirements for Consideration

  • Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
  • One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
