KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set and oversee Sales Agent performance metrics, analyze results, and project future outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere that promotes teamwork, engagement, and ethical conduct.
  • Attract and onboard Sales Agents through proactive outreach and thorough interview processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Sales Agent efficiency.
  • Provide training on contemporary technology and digital tools to Sales Agents.
  • Develop personalized growth plans for agents to stimulate team and organizational advancement.
  • Deliver individual support and implement company systems effectively.
  • Offer coaching and mentorship to Sales Agents as needed.
  • Assist agents with transaction-related issues and compliance matters.
  • Focus on retention strategies through a consultative approach.
  • Conduct regular sales team evaluations and SWOT analyses.
  • Manage inventory sourced from company assets.
  • Ensure adherence to business operations within the assigned region.

Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate Broker's Licenses in New York & Connecticut.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Active engagement in social media platforms.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the industry and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to follow directives and collaborate on solutions.
  • Engage with Senior Management for project guidance.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Organizational and mathematical skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of the REO listing and sales process.
