The Measurement Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of measurement-related information. This position works closely with upstream and downstream business groups to identify and resolve measurement inaccuracies, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze measurement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and anomalies.
- Research root causes and collaborate with other resources to resolve measurement problems.
- Process measurement corrections and adjustments as required.
- Review and verify measurement data, including field meter calibration inspection reports.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of industry-related standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement new measurement procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with the Measurement Manager and Supervisor to develop project plans and set goals.
- Provide technical and procedural knowledge to train other team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other business groups.
- Associate Degree from an accredited college.
- Previous experience in a related field/industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency levels for Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
- Well-developed math skills, including the ability to understand and apply mathematical equations, formulas, fractions, percentages, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicable software systems/tools required for the job.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective in setting and meeting priorities and individual goals.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate with discretion.
- Emphasis on attention to detail and producing accurate work products.
- Office-based position.
- May be required to work occasional overtime with limited notice.
- May be required to travel, including overnight and/or weekends (5-10%).
