Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members responsible for resident care.
- Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions for residents.
- Evaluate the health status of residents and communicate any changes to the physician, implementing new orders promptly.
- Identify and execute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident's condition and prevent complications.
- Participate in the resident's assessment and contribute to the development of a personalized care plan.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred, but not mandatory.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
- CPR certification required.
