Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead innovative online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies in conjunction with the VP of e-Commerce and Merchandising aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform digital marketing efforts.
This includes:
- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visual content, and landing pages.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
In addition, the successful candidate will implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic, including:
- Managing local search directories such as Google My Business, Bing Places for Business, Apple Maps, etc., to ensure accurate and consistent business information.
- Overseeing SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking in conjunction with our agency.
- Utilizing digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands, with expertise in automation and email marketing using tools like Klaviyo and CRM systems such as Sugar.
A Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of successful digital marketing experience.
