  • Execute maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, HVAC system upkeep, and general building maintenance.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Maintain the grounds by performing tasks such as litter collection, weed removal, and cleaning around designated areas.
  • Manage inventory and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
