About the Role

Oracle is seeking a skilled Principal Software Developer to join our Textura Payment Management Cloud Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud-based software applications using Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on cloud-based applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
