Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Partner to serve as the primary liaison between Business Services and Business/Global Units stakeholders. This role entails fostering strong interactions to share performance reporting and analytics, comprehending specific unit objectives, identifying challenges, and agreeing on collaborative actions to enhance contributions. Additionally, the role will engage with Business Services operations, providing unit-specific insights and knowledge to ensure optimal service delivery. The successful candidate will also oversee the transition of any new Global Business Services.

The ideal candidate should be based in a location conducive to collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders across management and operational functions, focusing on the development, identification, analysis, and enhancement of existing business processes and best practices through collaboration.
  • Deliver regular insights to management teams regarding the effectiveness of collaboration and potential improvement opportunities, supported by comprehensive reporting and analytics.
  • Oversee the cross-functional Health and Medical Rebate Team.
  • Coordinate local and regional cross Business/Global Unit activities, ensuring aligned processes, reporting, and analytics to facilitate local discussions.
  • Address stakeholder needs through necessary interactions within the GBS Service Line.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding deployed global/harmonized Business Services initiatives, tools, and processes.
  • Assist in the rollout and adoption of action plans and improvement projects through training, guidance, and support as required.
  • Share stakeholder feedback across the full GBS Service Line as necessary.
  • Provide backup and support to GBS operational teams, particularly when local or business-specific knowledge is essential.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling roles, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Customer Service Management, or HR, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Proficient in SAP, Concur, Learning Compass, and other data management systems.
  • Possess a broad and external perspective.
  • Global outlook.
