Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Field Service Engineer to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a key member of our critical facility services team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services for our clients' mission-critical cooling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning, maintaining, and providing emergency support on critical cooling units, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAC and CRAH units, air handler units, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Performing commissioning-focused design reviews, preparing commissioning test procedures and reports, coordinating and overseeing on-site testing.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services for equipment-related issues.
  • Developing and implementing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) for equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • 7-15 years of experience in Data Center/Industrial or Commercial Industry, with ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, and CRAC units.
  • Journeyman or Master HVAC License a huge plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully with good initiatives.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent time management, customer service, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HVAC OEM factory training or experience in Trane, Liebert, Stulz, Carrier, York, and other major HVAC brands.
  • CFC/Type II EPA Universal Certification for handling/reclamation of refrigerants.
  • OSHA10 Training.
  • Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification experience a huge plus.
  • Technical degree a plus.
  • Previous experience in the Military/Military veterans in all branches that have experience with Electrical/Mechanical a huge plus.
