About the Role

SAP SE is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account management plans to drive customer success and adoption of SAP cloud solutions.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to customers through virtual engagement channels, including email, phone, and online tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product management, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and address customer pain points, and develop solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer success strategies and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and adoption of cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with SAP cloud solutions and customer success platforms a plus.
