Position Overview:

As a Lube Technician at Lewis CDJR, you will discover the opportunities, resources, and support necessary for your professional growth and development. Our dealership is dedicated to more than just sales; we are invested in your success and future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer lubrication to components such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles using manual or air-powered grease guns.
  • Examine fluid levels in steering gear, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings, and shackles.
  • Assess tire air pressure and perform tire rotations.
  • Apply specified lubricants to moving parts, utilizing spray guns for leaf springs.
  • Drain and replenish oil in the crankcase with the appropriate amount.
  • Replace oil and air filters as needed.
  • Pack wheel bearings effectively.
  • Collaborate professionally with all team members.
  • Maintain a courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the company’s core values in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All candidates must perform their duties safely.
  • All candidates must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, credit reports, and valid driver license verification.
