What You Will Do

  1. Offer expert consultancy to business People eXperience (Human Resources) partners on compensation matters within Trimble divisions, aiding in the compensation integration of newly acquired companies.
  2. Partner with PXBPs to provide appropriate guidance and interpretation of policies and guidelines.
  3. Conduct thorough analyses of government regulations and company policies to guarantee compliance with laws and standards such as minimum wage, FLSA, and pay equity.
  4. Participate in global salary surveys, providing accurate data to support market analysis.
  5. Analyze salary survey outcomes and recommend adjustments to salary structures to maintain market competitiveness.
  6. Monitor and report on compensation market trends.
  7. Update and establish salary ranges globally, reflecting market competitiveness.
  8. Ensure internal and external equity in compensation across all organizational levels.
  9. Craft and distribute communications related to a variety of compensation issues, projects, or policies.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects to represent the comp team's point of view.

About Your Location

This is a hybrid position, working 3 days in office, 2 from home from one of our Trimble hubs. Locations - Westminster, CO / Minneapolis, MN / Portland, OR / Dayton, OH

Pay Equity

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
