What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch care to our patients.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers
- Exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care and service based on a strong sense of patient focus
- Experience in phlebotomy and checking EKG, vital signs, and blood sugar
- At least one year of PCT or CNA experience in a hospital setting
- Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician with experience in phlebotomy, EKG, and nursing assistant courses
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
