Electrical Engineer Job Description

SNC Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer at SNC, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and certifying cutting-edge electrical systems for our aerospace and national security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approval of electrical drawings
  • Test witnessing on aircraft and in laboratory settings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 14+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Thorough understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
  • Ability to independently execute functional responsibilities for large programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience composing and executing laboratory, aircraft ground, and aircraft flight testing
  • Experience composing and analyzing Equipment Environmental Qualification Requirements
  • Understanding of aviation electrical systems designs and hardware integration

SNC offers a competitive salary range of $138,000 - $190,000, annual incentive pay, and a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
