Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Edfinancial Services LLC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. communications, business)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
