Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boiler Operations Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our boiler systems, ensuring that our facilities are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain boiler systems, including steam generation, water treatment, and fuel management.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler equipment, including pumps, valves, and controls.
  • Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and record boiler performance, including steam production, water quality, and fuel consumption.
  • Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to ensure seamless operation of all facilities systems.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve boiler efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on boiler operations and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in boiler operations or a related field.
  • NJ Black Seal, High Pressure license required.
