HR Business Partner

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to support our plant leadership team in driving business performance. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our leaders and employees to achieve our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Provide coaching and development support to employees and leaders to enhance their skills and abilities.
- Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive and proactive work environment.
- Lead generalist duties in areas such as performance management, training, talent acquisition, and benefits.
- Embed a culture of engagement, safety, and performance management within the business area.
- Drive organizational change and improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and people management.
- Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to leverage resources and support company-wide initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of increasing generalist responsibility within Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success managing projects and driving business results.
