**Job Summary**

Crystal Cabinets is seeking a highly skilled Drawer Front Assembler to join our Operations team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing drawer fronts for our cabinets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and prioritize work orders to ensure efficient production.
  • Check inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies.
  • Distribute inventory and supplies to the production team.
  • Retrieve and inspect drawer boxes and fronts for quality and accuracy.
  • Assemble and prepare drawer fronts for installation.
  • Make repairs to drawers or send to the quality control team.
  • Perform quality control checks on assembled drawers.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or assembly role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience working in a cabinet manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of cabinet assembly and installation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
