**Job Summary**

Crystal Cabinets is seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our team. As an Assembler I, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that our high-quality cabinets are built to perfection.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review construction orders and prioritize work to meet production deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with drafters to clarify jobs and programming.
  • Perform touch-ups and repairs to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Set up and operate various machines, including chop saws, edge banders, routers, and dowelers.
  • Assemble cabinets with special parts or hardware, modifying construction methods as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of other departments within the company to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Gather and organize parts, including doors, drawer parts, and hardware, to complete weekly workloads.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of various wood species and their characteristics.
  • Make fundamental mathematical calculations and read measurement devices, such as tape measures.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as woodworking or manufacturing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
