Location: South Hospital

Shift: Full-time, Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

The OHH Culinary Service Associate is responsible for performing essential food service tasks. This includes assembling and delivering meal trays to patients and guests. The role may involve various duties within the kitchen and dishwashing area. Responsibilities include preparing meal trays according to specific orders, ensuring proper heating of food items for timely delivery, and maintaining the presentation and accuracy of each tray before it is served. The associate is expected to deliver meal trays to patient rooms in a prompt and courteous manner.

Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous experience in food service is preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous.

Essential Skills: Ability to operate various commercial food service equipment safely.
