Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests for parts and accessories in a timely and efficient manner
  • Solicit additional sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Accurately charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System
  • Follow up on special orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Tag, store, and process warranty parts
  • Assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and maintain a clean and organized inventory area, parts counter, and retail displays

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
