Quality Management System Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System engineer with expertise in ESD compliance to establish and maintain laboratory standards that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management principles, as well as customer requirements.
- Be the focal point for laboratory compliance-related topics, including calibration, ESD, MSA, competence, and training.
- Establish and improve applicable procedures for ESD, calibration, and lab management.
- Support and conduct internal/external laboratory audits.
- Work with internal multi-functional teams and external calibration and ESD suppliers.
- Generate, review, and communicate lab metrics to management.
- Participate in corrective actions and ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Start continuous improvement programs based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology.
- Perform gap analysis of customer requirements and leading industry standards to NVIDIA's Quality Management System.
- Craft, maintain, and deliver training material.
- Mentor and voice support for the QMS to all levels of the company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of ESD experience.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001:2016 and ESD protection industry standards: JESD625 and ANSI/ESD S20.20.
- Ability to effectively handle assigned projects and present information and results to management and internal customers.
- Strong skills in organizing, analyzing, negotiating, and relationship building across diverse multifunctional groups.
- Dedication to solving problems in a timely manner.
- Self-motivated and good social skills.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 17025, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262.
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing certification.
- Experience with 5S methodology or equivalent.
- ASQ certified quality auditor (CQA) and/or engineer (CQE).

The base salary range is $108,000 - $172,500. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
