Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to join our team as a Social Host Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an electric atmosphere in our party rooms, ensuring every guest has an amazing time.
  • Developing and executing innovative events, parties, and activities that cater to diverse age groups and interests.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and addressing concerns with a smile.
  • Collaborating with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed as a Social Host Coordinator, you must possess:

  • A minimum age of 16 years or older.
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • An infectious enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • The flexibility to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary estimate of $18-$22 per hour, based on your qualifications, experience, and location.
