The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on water resources and infrastructure. Key qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited US university, and at least 5 years of experience in planning, design, or construction of water-related projects. Additionally, experience with construction management, scheduling, and document control is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising junior staff, managing small projects, and interacting effectively with clients and regulatory agencies. A PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months is required. Familiarity with engineering and construction management software is also essential. The preferred candidate will reside within Jacksonville or be willing to relocate within 6 months.
