Job Description

This position requires a strong design experience and technical background working with public utilities, districts, and authorities. The successful candidate should have experience managing multiple multi-discipline project teams, coordinating with clients, and leading project delivery on Water and Wastewater Infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will assist the region's business development activities, including proposal preparations and client presentations. Team Leaders/Senior Project Managers are expected to be active in their profession and contribute to assisting Directors in developing the careers of employees on their team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Halff offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Successful candidate should have experience managing multiple multi-discipline project teams, coordinating with clients, and leading project delivery on Water and Wastewater Infrastructure projects
  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, subconsultants, and client interaction
  • Will assist the region's business development activities, including proposal preparations and client presentations
  • Team Leaders/Senior Project Managers are expected to be active in their profession and contribute to assisting Directors in developing the careers of employees on their team
