  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and supervise a team of housekeeping associates to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained to meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

  • Operations and Logistics

    • Communicate effectively with other departments, including Front Office, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
