Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing installations of air conditioning units per set standards and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete installation orders based on customer specifications, including installations of air conditioning evaporators, condensers, compressors, mount kits, and associated duct and connecting systems.
  • Gather parts, tools, and materials needed to complete assigned work without material handlers.
  • Ensure installations meet all quality and cost standards as well as the customer's schedule.
  • Charge air conditioning systems as needed.
  • Perform special projects including replacements, after-sales service, retrofits, and remodels as assigned.
  • Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required and following manufacturer's instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards, including performing tasks safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, maintaining a clean working area, and implementing safety improvements.
  • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed and preventing re-work and waste.
  • Maintain professional and positive relations with team members and customers.
  • Assist with Quality Response Quality Control process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1+ year working on assembly line or as an assembler.
  • Preferred automotive experience.
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • Use hand power and pneumatic tools.
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The work environment is a non-climate control garage with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some flexibility for occasional Fridays starting at 7:00 AM.
