Job Summary and Qualifications:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant - Limited Scope X-ray Technician who provides expertise and champions patient care.

We are an exceptional team that works diligently to support each other and are looking for a remarkable addition like you who values patient care as much as we do.


In this role, you will:
  • Perform various clinical duties in support of providers and nursing staff, including but not limited to taking vital signs, patient history, lab specimens, and EKGs.
  • Apply splints, dressings, and bandages as directed. Prepare, maintain, and clean exam rooms.
  • Check patients in and out of the computer and may assist the Patient Representative with front desk duties.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including greeting patients, checking patients in/out of the computer, End of Day closeout procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks, and records release.
  • Maintain records and logs on activities, including in-house lab work, drug screens, and lab work sent out to other labs.
  • Perform equipment and supply audits as scheduled.
  • Work closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

You Should Have:
  • High School diploma as required by the state.
  • Medical Assistant education, certification, or 3 years of experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services required.
  • Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in the state of residency.
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start.
  • Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion.
