- Financial Management: Create invoices according to company practices, submit invoices to customers, and perform aspects of human resources such as payroll, benefit administration, and personnel issues.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to address inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Problem-Solving: Research and resolve account discrepancies, resolve operational problems related to customer service, office procedures, and computer systems.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the office supply inventory, order additional supplies as needed, and ensure the efficient operation of all office equipment.
- Documentation: Create forms, manuals, and policy documentation to support business operations.
- Errands: Run company errands as required.
- Education: Associate degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Auto body General Manager or Office Manager experience is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent oral/written/organizational/attention to detail and accuracy skills, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of payroll processing, human resources functions, and invoicing, understanding of basic accounting principles, proficiency with using a PC in a Windows environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Language: English, Spanish.
