Culinary Preparation Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Culinary Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for mastering our menu offerings and ensuring the proper rotation and timing of all food items.
Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to guarantee that all necessary ingredients are available for menu execution.
Work in tandem with the culinary leadership to prepare, present, and serve food in accordance with established procedures.Uphold cleanliness standards in your workstation, kitchen area, and storage facilities.
Review the preparation list, monitor daily inventory levels, and maintain stock as required.
Consistently prepare high-quality dishes by adhering to recipes and portion standards, as verified by server checks.
Maintain awareness of food allergies and adhere to all safety protocols.
Efficiently operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment including deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, food processors, mixers, slicers, ovens, steam tables, waffle irons, and flat top grills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of recent culinary experience in a busy, full-service restaurant environment.
- Proficient knife skills.
- A consistently positive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during peak business periods.
