Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Ventra Angola, LLC. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor by coordinating daily activities, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of production goals.
  • Operate industrial equipment, such as forklifts and overhead cranes, to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Identify and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors or management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to pass forklift training and obtain a license.
  • Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
