We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Mom Baby to join our team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and leadership to our nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of post-partum patients.
- Assist in newborn care and instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and assume leadership responsibility for your nursing team during your designated shift.
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS and NRP required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is a 340-bed hospital serving Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. We offer specialty services, including surgical, oncology, and thoracic surgery, as well as heart, vascular, behavioral health, and obstetrics services. Our obstetrics services include a NICU and maternal fetal medicine. We are an advanced certified primary stroke center and have earned the Joint Commission's gold seal for total hips and total knees certification.
