Customer Service Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Complete shift reports, including inventory management and cash handling procedures.
- Clean and maintain the store, including windows, floors, bathrooms, and trash containers.
- Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level.
- Sweep and mop floors, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Conduct gasoline tank inventory, including stick readings and product delivery checks.
- Perform yard maintenance, including sweeping, shoveling, and painting.
- Assist with light equipment maintenance, including pumps, lighting, and machinery.
- Participate in merchandising activities, including product placement and display.
- Communicate effectively with associates and guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
- Wear the required store uniform, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Be available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays, as scheduled.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Attend mandatory meetings, including training sessions and team meetings.
- Frequently bend, reach, and lift objects weighing 1-15 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching above shoulder height and below waist level.
- Move quickly around the store, freely accessing all areas.
