The Health and Human Services Commission is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Campus Administrator - Evening Shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor homes and grounds for unusual occurrences and address emergencies and incidents immediately
- Document nightly issues, concerns, and incidents for administrative review
- Serve as the contact person for abuse/neglect allegations and respond to critical incidents
- Initiate Preliminary Unusual Incident Reports and conduct investigations
- Evaluate incidents and make recommendations for changes and improvements
- Complete special audits and trending projects to ensure ongoing service delivery and resident health and safety
- Work closely with administrative/supervisory staff to coordinate and monitor service delivery
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong initiative and judgment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including overnights, 10-hour shifts, and 12-hour shifts
- Must complete Fundamentals of Investigations training course within 6 months of hire
