Donor Center Phlebotomy Specialist

About the RoleAs a Phlebotomy Professional, you will play a vital role in collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
- Collaborate with your team to create a friendly and welcoming environment for donors.
- Be detail-oriented and ensure that the blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.

Requirements- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
- Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy weights, good manual dexterity, and ability to sit or stand for long periods.
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
- Prior leadership experience.
