GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Representatives play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an authentic, enjoyable, and energetic experience to all customers while assisting them in selecting premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by nurturing both new and existing customer relationships, thereby building brand loyalty.

Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connections, meticulous attention to detail, and a personalized shopping journey that leads to customer satisfaction.

Actively engage and contribute to a positive store atmosphere, fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.

Take pride in the store's appearance and demonstrate initiative in maintaining displays and inventory in a clean, appealing, and organized manner. Safeguard all company assets under your control.

Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED. Embrace new technologies and adapt to changes with a high level of accuracy. Take personal accountability for sales outcomes through effective selling skills and a commitment to achieving goals.

Exhibit strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks; able to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.

Employee compensation is determined by various factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
