BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Little Ferry, New Jersey.
About the Role:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatrics, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to address clients' physical therapy needs.
- Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote clients' independence and mobility.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
